We love our clients and we try to showcase all of our products as accurate as possible on our website ,also giving all the information about size and fit.
We do understand that deciding the right color and fit is difficult over the screen and in case of any doubts about sizing and fitting we encourage you to contact us on etnoboye@gmail.com with the subject ‘’ Order Consultation ‘’ prior your order . We are here to help you be sure that the product is right for you.
If you are not completely happy with an item please see our policy below in order to
process return.
DELIVERY
* Etno Boye offers shipping with TURPEX (Turkish Parcel Express) worldwide shipping within 7-10 days
* Shipping cost is beard by BUYER and the rates will be provided by shipping
company once you choose the delivery address
* Express shipping with DHL or Fedex is possible at the special request and charge covered by the client.
* All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days from the date when your payment is received
* Post usually takes from 3 to 10 working days depending on the destination
* Once your order is shipped we will send you over email tracking number with
which you can track your shipment on
* Please make sure that your shipping informations are correct during the order
process.
*Double check your shipping address, P.O.Box ,email and telephone number. Your
email and telephone number may be used by shipping company to contact you for
delivery.Etno Boye doesnt use any of personal contact informations for any other
reason except contacting you regarding your order.
*Etno Boye is not responsible for for any incorrectly entered information and will
not be held responsible if the shipment is not delivered due to this reason.

ALL RETURNS
*Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of return items except in case of
‘’Technical Problem’’ returns.
* Please return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt
* Items should be unworn, unwashed and have original tags and seals still attached
* Items should be return in their original package
* Make sure you contact us at customercare@etnoboye.com with the brief
description of the reason for returning item with the subject ‘’Return’’ prior shipping
*Make sure you get a proof of postage from the post office and book a signed for
delivery, you should keep this proof until you’ve received your refund and send it to
us on customercare@etnoboye.com with the subject ‘’Return’’
* In case of Technical Problem ( Faulty stitches) we can offer exchange free of
charge , please send us email on customercare@etnoboye.com with the subject
‘’Faulty’’ with full description and images of the problem. We can offer exchange
within same product category
*We recommend you insure your return items as we wont be held responsible for
goods that don't arrive
* Refunds will be issued within 10 working days from the date of receiving items
after our customer care team inspect the item and confirm that all of the return
conditions were achieved.
* Refund will be subtracted to any charges Etno Boye has incurred during process of
returning item including : bank/pay-pal fees , currency conversion , shipping cost,
return shipping cost and customs

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

* Please make your package clearly state ‘’Commercial Returns’’ to avoid delay on
customs and include your original tracking number received when your goods arrive,
which you can find in your packaging or your dispatch mail

*We are not liable for any customs ,duties and taxes that may be incurred for items
returned outside the Turkey
EXCHANGE
*In case of Technical Problem ( Faulty stitches) we can offer exchange free of
charge , please send us email on customercare@etnoboye.com with the subject
‘’Faulty’’ PRIOR THE SHIPPING , with full description and images of the problem.
We can offer exchange within same product category
* Exchange will be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed and have original tags
and seals still attached
*Exchange process will not start until the package is physically in our wear-house
* Our customer care team will inspect the item and confirm if all the return
conditions were achieved and will get back the result information via email
* Item should be sent in its original package
* Please make your package clearly state ‘’Commercial Returns’’ to avoid delay on
customs and include your original tracking number received when your goods arrive,
which you can find in your packaging or your dispatch mail
* As our products are handmade and they can be ‘’Out of Stock ‘’ it may take up to
20 working days to send new item from the date of positive exchange evaluation.
* We do not offer exchange for a ‘’change of mind’’
* Please note that decorative Ribbons are HANDMADE and therefore subject to
small imperfections ( unequal edges , visible knots ) in its design .We will not
accept exchange in case of any of mentioned ‘’faults’’ on Ribbon

IMPORT TAX
* You may have to pay import tax and/or custom duties, VAT . These charges are
separated from your order with us and you will be billed directly from customs
office. Etno Boye does not take responsibility for any extra charges that may occur
once the shipment leave Turkey
*In case of Technical Problem exchange any import/custom taxes that you pay on
your exchanged item shipment will be refunded by Etno Boye in terms of Store
Credit ( discount on purchased amount that you can use on your next order).Please
send us receipt on customecare@etnoboye.com with subject ‘’Exchange Tax
Receipt’’ .We will confirm back to you and send you discount code to be used on
your next purchase.Discount code is valid within scope of 12 months. ( idea ???)

CUSTOMS
*Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result
in your order incurring high importing duties ,the delivery being delay or even
returned.
* We request that you contact your custom office and inquiry about import
regulations and restrictions before placing your order.Its important for you to
become familiar with Custom Policies for your specific country before ordering.
Custom and Unreceived shipment Returns
* Please note that if your shipment is returned due to a banned/restricted policy , a
wrong address ,refusal to pay custom fees ,refusal to accept the order or because
there was no one to accept the delivery ,we will refund your order as follows:
– You will be refunded in total amount of the order MINUS any charges that Etno
Boye has incurred during the process of ordering and shipping including : bank/pay-
pal fees , currency conversion , shipping cost, return shipping cost and customs
* If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the cost of the refund due , we
will instruct the courier to abound the package and there will be no credit return for
the order.
* We will provide you proof of total cost of all handling fees via email
* If the product is seized by the custom there will be no credit returned
